Israeli Aircraft Bomb Gaza After Rocket Attacks
JERUSALEM — Israeli aircraft struck a weapons-manufacturing facility and two smuggling tunnels in the southern Gaza Strip on Thursday, in response to recent rocket attacks on Israel, the military said.
Palestinian security officials reported no injuries.
Israel went to war against militants in Hamas-ruled Gaza last winter to quash eight years of rocket and mortar fire that terrorized southern Israel and killed 18 civilians.
More than 1,400 Palestinians were killed in the war, and since it ended on Jan. 18, the attacks have decreased sharply. According to the military’s count, 270 rockets and mortars have been fired at Israel since the three-week offensive ended on Jan. 18, compared with more than 3,300 in 2008.
But Israel says weapons and weapons-making components still reach militants through tunnels under Gaza’s border with Egypt. And sporadic fire continues, including a rocket attack Wednesday that caused no injuries.
The Israeli military said in a statement that it would “respond to any attempt to disrupt the calm in Israel’s southern communities.”

BBC has played down this recent development on their website. And even mentioned how ‘Rocket attacks have decreased since the Israeli forces led a war against Hamas in the Gaza strip, which began in December last year, the Israeli military says.
But it says rocket-building materials are still being smuggled into Gaza through tunnels dug from the Egyptian border.
Wednesday’s Qassam rocket attack came hours after an 18-year-old Palestinian was shot dead by Israeli security forces.

I’m curious, what about reciprocity. How minorities are treated in countries
where the majority profess to be Muslim, that the same be treated in countries where a minority profess to be Muslim. Will the leaders of the Muslim majority countries put up with the ending of this double standard? I would say yes, because they do not want to give up their control over their lands.
So, on the basis of national security, civil rights for Muslims in North America are hereby suspended. For they deserve a taste of what they dish
out.

No civil rights need to be suspended for anyone. Just enforce the laws as they stand without deference to PC/MCism and islam will wither on the vine.
islam only grows in an environment of oppression and intimidation because most people don’t like other people telling them what to do and lording over them.
islam is starting to grow in the West because PC/MCism is perverting the entire society, but I guess this is how it goes when The Lord begins to withhold some of His mercy from rebellious people who reject Him.

Sonia, the BBC has a longstanding and blatant bias against Israel.
They even spent £200,000 two years ago to keep the findings of their own internal report about their bias coverage of the Middle East from being made public.

There are many reports about how far advanced Israel is is counter electronic warfare - jamming missles signal electronicly etc, etc. I find the decription very interesting in what we read in Zech 12:4 GOD WILL BLIND THE HORSES OF ALL THE NATIONS - this sound to me like electronic counter measure jamming of some kind??? which will soon come about. I was in the M/E during the Yom Kippur War and after the war was over some facts came out about some of these counter measures Israel had used. Israel had trained Carrier pigeons to land at or near the Egyptian SAM missles sites - these carrier pigeons carried small signal devices which sent signals back to the Israeli military with their exact location - Israel followed up with their own missles to destroy these sites.
Their are many other such stories as to how amazingly God protects and works with his people - like how they stole a complete radar system along with the missle guidance systems in the missle itself out of Syria directly from under the noses of the Syrian military

That sounds right to me. Think about the lone AWAC that Iran had that crashed 9-22 during a military parade where they were boasting of their military prowess. The wreckage fell on the grave of Ayatollah Khomeini. Talk about ‘blinding’. That was the same day that ahmadinejad left to come to NY for the UN meeting.
