Jewish Sanhedrin Meet With Adnan Oktar
Last week, three representative Rabbis from the Israeli Sanhedrin (Jerusalem Court for Issues of Bnei Noah) traveled to Istanbul to meet with Adnan Oktar also known as Harun Yahya. A public statement was released today and may be read in full at TheSanhedrin.org If you did not see or read my recent interview with Mr. Oktar, then watch or read that here. For those who study and watch for the soon coming of the Messiah, this statement contains some very dramatic signs. If you decide to comment on this post, as I have requested before, please use grace and wisdom. I am choosing to reserve any personal comments at this time, but one concluding highlight of the statement may be read below:
Plan of peace
Out of a sense of collective responsibility for world peace and for all humanity we have found it timely to call to the World and exclaim that there is a way out for all peoples. It is etched in a call to all humanity: We are all the sons of one father, the descendants of Adam, and all humanity is but a single family. Peace among Nations will be achieved through building the House of G-d, where all peoples will serve Him, pray to Him, and offer sacrifices according to the visions of the prophets, as foreseen by King Solomon in his prayers at the dedication of the First Holy Temple. Come let us love and respect one another, and love and honor and hold our heavenly Father in awe. Let us establish a house of prayer in His name in order to worship and serve Him together, for the sake of His great compassion. He surely does not want the blood of His creations spilled, but prefers love and peace among all mankind. We pray to the Almighty Creator, that you hearken to our Call. Together - each according to his or her ability - we shall work towards the building of the House of Prayer for All Nations on the Temple Mount in peace and mutual understanding.

My Friends,
One can not be anything but astounded by the words contained in this one historic document. Those who have an ear to hear or an eye to see can easily disern the road down which this is leading. I can not help but think that these words are like the first shot fired at Bunker Hill: “the shot heard round the world.” I am chilled as I begin to grasp what is coming! Below I have copied a few paragrpahs of the document encapsulating the words from both parties which are simply stunning in their view/vision of a new world order that so perfectly matches what the Bible predicts/portrays as the hallmarks of the Anti-Christ’s rise to power. One can easliy see how decptive and alluring this vision will be to the whole world and how those who oppose it will be so easily painted as people who need to be “eliminated.” Maranantha.

Just as we look forward to the times of Mashiach, when harmony and peace will rule, we understand that his picture of the world of the Mahdi is one in which all nations return to belief and submission to the Almighty Creator and Ruler of the Universe.
Our common agenda is clear: we live in a time of conflict, disorder, extreme fanaticism and extreme laxity. Righteous Jews and non-Jews must oppose this decline.
Disorder and conflict is best addressed by leadership. From time to time G-d chooses leaders, and we look to these leaders to shepherd their people – to return them to the covenant G-d has made with all mankind.
All children are born bound to this universal faith, but later they may take on the customs and traditions and religion of their parents. This universal faith is known by several names…

The words of Harun Yahya (Adnan Oktar):
We all believe in the one Allah, have the same conceptions of what is lawful and unlawful, love the same prophets, are all descended from the Prophet Abraham (pbuh), love and fear Allah and strive to earn His approval, mercy and Paradise.
It is out of the question for us not to collaborate together at a time when atheists, materialists and the irreligious are waging such a powerful campaign against believers. That would be to serve satan’s ends, may Allah forbid. Of course we shall work together, tell people of the existence and oneness of Allah and call them to His love with love and affection. We shall expose the insoluble dilemmas of Darwinism. What could be easier than for us to collaborate and be friends? We have many common values, so how can we not work together?
What will make Muslims happy is to ensure that Jews can freely perform the requirements of their religion in the lands of their forefathers in the manner they choose and to enable them to live in an ease and comfort they may never perhaps have known before. The significance of the protection provided by Islam is the provision of peace and security to Jews, Christians and innocent people holding different ideas and beliefs, by undertaking service, suffering and difficulties
We will insist on peace and brotherhood, insha’Allah. If we act in the knowledge that we are all brothers then there will be no need for those walls in Israel. Palestinians and Jews will both be able to relax. There will be a stupendous wealth in the whole region. There will be free trade and movement. Just as it was in the past. It will then be very easy to relive the plenty and beauty of the old days, insha’Allah.
If such a union is established, then by Allah’s leave Muslims, Jews and Christians will all be at ease. All fears and concerns will come to an end. Art will develop as far as possible, technology will make rapid progress and there will be great wealth and abundance. Conflict and fighting will come to a complete end. Once the Turkish-Islamic Union is founded, Jews will be able to live freely in those lands without the need for walls. Palestinians will be able to move freely, trade and worship in freedom. We all of us, Christians, Jews and Muslims, will remember Allah, give thanks to Allah, increase our joy and fervor many times over, and the whole world will be like a place of festival, insha’Allah.

This posting brings so many questions to bear, I hope that you may be able to answer some of these based on your experience and wisdom Joel. The first question that this brings to mind is how far reaching is the appeal of Harun Yahya across the Muslim world and how much support both in officialdom and on the street is there for a ‘reborn’ Caliphate led by Turkey?
Secondly, what is your personal take on Harun Yahya? Do you feel that he is genuine in his desire to see peace or is it a veneer, the creature that appears as a lamb that speaks like a dragon as it were?
Just looking at the inroads that Islam has been making the last few years makes me feel like were in 1936 watching the Germans consolidating their power, the blitz may well be at hand for us as well. I pray that the Lord gives us wisdom, courage and strength to go where we are needed and to do what we are needed to do in these troubled times. As Christ said to his disciples ‘The Harvest is ripe’.

Excuse me…but I only see two religions represented here. Christians cannot be part of this unholy alliance. Let’s just see how far this gets.

The “Christians” will join in. Not the true followers of Christ and His Word, but the millions who follow a religion without a relationship, who are ignorant of what the Bible says and who think that “Christianity” is no more than all the things that Oktar and the San Hedrin here are pushing: worldly peace, love sans truth, “the whole world like a festival” (cue Michael Jackson…We are the world… we are the children…)

Whether it’s the global economic crisis, global warming, bird flu, swine flu, peace in the middle east/Jerusalem, etc., doesn’t it seem these days like there’s always a group of learned people out there who’ve got all the answers, got it all figured out and have everything under control?
