Obama And Hitler

A headline posted by Reuters today caught my attention: Obama speech stage resembles ancient Greek Temple
Apparently “Barack Obama’s big speech on Thursday night will be delivered from an elaborate columned stage resembling a miniature Greek temple.”

When I heard this, I couldn’t help but be reminded of another famous world leader who also loved to deliver his propaganda to the quivering masses from a podium that was created specifically to resemble a Greek temple. A little bit of history:
In two campaigns, starting in 1879, the Pergamon Altar in Pergamos, Turkey was excavated by a German archaeological team lead by Carl Humann. The altar was shipped out of the Ottoman Empire from the original location and was reconstructed in the Pergamon Museum in Berlin in the 19th century. Today the altar still sits in Berlin where it can be seen alongside other monumental structures such as the Ishtar Gate from Babylon.

In 1934 Adolph Hitler became the dictator of Germany. Hitler ordered construction of the Tribune at Zeppelin Field in Nuremberg specifically for the purpose of his Nazi rallies. Several volumes have been written detailing the deeply occult nature of Hitler and the the Nazi regime. Not surprisingly then the Nazi architect of the Zeppelintribüne, Albert Speer, actually used the Pergamon Altar as the model for what essentially became the premier Nazi pulpit. The Führer’s podium was located in the middle of the replica Pergamon Altar.

What is also noteworthy is that Biblical Scholars are in near universal agreement that it was this very Altar that was referred to by Jesus in the Book of Revelation as “the throne of Satan”:
To the angel of the church in Pergamum write: These are the words of him who has the sharp, double-edged sword. I know where you live—where Satan has his throne. —Revelation 2:12-13
After comparing the design of Obama’s podium to the Pergamum Altar, it is clear that the two are nearly identical. While some are claiming that Obama’s Temple is modeled after the Russian Kazan Cathedral, it is clear that Obama’s Temple bears a much closer resemblance to the Pergamum Altar.

So, for those who are accustomed to watching “the signs all around us”, in what must be seen as prophetic, Obama’s acceptance speech will be delivered from a replica of what Jesus Himself refers to as “Satan’s Throne.”
Now, please do not get me wrong, I am not comparing Barack Obama to Satan. I’m comparing him to Hitler. First, the two are / were extraordinary orators who had seemingly magical powers to hypnotize the glassy eyed masses. Secondly, they are both extreme leftists. Third, the two think very highly of themselves. Few will argue that Barack Obama has done very little to discourage his Messiah-image. The set design of this speech a perfect example. And now fourthly, we find that the two share some very unusual tastes: They both found it appropriate to model their respective power-podiums after Greek Temples dedicated to the “gods”. Both have chosen to give perhaps the most important political speeches of their lives in replica Greek Temples, under the lights, in an open field, to the masses of their cheering fans. And lastly, but most importantly both Barack Obama and Adolph Hitler share the commonality in that they both proudly place their stamp of approval on the wholesale slaughter of millions upon millions of fellow human beings. In Hitler’s case, it was the Jewish people, those who God has referred to as “the apple of my eye”. And in Obama’s case, his support is for the slaughter of the most innocent little lambs that this world has to offer; those who our creator no doubt would refer to as “the least of these”. So when you see Barack Obama step up to his pulpit of power, remember the other man who not so long ago made powerful speeches in a strikingly similar fashion to the masses about how he was going to better all of their lives.

My husband showed me the news-link earlier today of this “temple” being built in the stadium for his ‘big speech’ tomorrow. I was truly shocked at his vulgarity. Will he also enter the stadium by tether from a helicopter, or parachute as if descending from the heavens? His promotion of a “messiah image” has been ad nauseum from the beginning and now is the “OBAMAnation of deification…” To glamorize, prostitute and self-promote the position of Commander in Chief to this extent is disgusting and I am embarrassed that the world will witness this country stooping to this (Hollywierd) imagery. This man has enraged me all along but this truly takes the cake. He has been rated as the #1 liberal in all of Congress which, by definition means licentious and lacking moral restraint. By his voting in his home state (IL) for allowing viable babies delivered via botched abortions to be left to die, he certainly must be on satan’s side since NO Christian could concievably do such a horrific thing. Barak Hussein Obama is NO Christian!
Please Lord, spare us the certain destruction of having this person take office (I don’t want to believe the American people are THIS lost and foolish).

One thing that is for sure is there’s a noticable spiritual presence surrounding this man. Many fellow Christians I know are aware of it but haven’t exactly known what to call it. There is an absolute evil that surrounds Obama. It’s spiritually descernable. I don’t know if they were really going for the temple of Pergamum look but they’ve nailed it nonetheless.
We don’t know or realize yet how devestating this man’s presidency could be. Neither of the Democrat candidates understand the war we’re in. The statements they’ve made show me that they are completely lost on the most important issue of our times! I am coming to the point where I would consider an Obama presidency as a judgement from God for our nations wickedness. It’s hard for me to believe that anyone could vote for this man much less tens of millions of people. But I’m afraid it will happen in the name of empty change.
The comparrisons above that Joel has put together are startling! So let me share briefly what has come to my spirit man about this…
I am as sure as I could be spiritually that the US has provoked and stirred up ancient principalities with our efforts in Iraq. I am also sure that sin makes a person or a nation vulnerable to demonic attack. Finally, I am sure that wherever this “throne” has been, there has been a major principality connected with it. Spiritually I feel caution that a major principality is attempting to connect itself and manipulate our country. We’ve become vulnerable by the very fact that we’ve mocked God and killed innocent human life. It doesn’t seem too far fetched to me that a major prince could leave the area we’ve provoked and come to the US to terrorize it. Maybe that sounds way out there but just think about it…Does the spiritual darkness of hell surround the senator? When you consider his voting record and the company this man keeps, there’s no way a person can dismiss a connection with evil.
So what can we do but repent, pray and vote? Hopefully, the more Obama tries to look messianic, the scarrier he’ll look to everyone!

I have felt this in my spirit since spending time standing in front of modern, nice, clean clinics right in the middle of regular American neighborhoods, where I watched in horror as mothers went in with a baby in their belly and then came out without one. (SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE) I sometimes could feel the babies heartbeating to the beat of fear as it went in the clinic as they could sense it was unsafe and that death was near…
I have felt this in my spirit when I watched and prayed and fasted and weeped as one modern American judge brought all the branches of American government to its knees and ordered the killing of an innocent Terri Schiavo on March 31, 2005. And I watched as American policeman protected with weapons the killing of this helpless and voiceless woman.

Obama should take down the Greek temple while there is still time. Those temples were dedicated to gods. The setting worked for Hitler, for the Germans of his time had such a feeling of inferiority, but it will not work for Obama, for the setting only reinforces the idea of his narcissism. Someone in the Obama camp is not reading their art history, from the Russian constructionist Obama posters to this Neoclassic backdrop redolent of fascist grandeur. Or maybe they have read their art history, and have grander ambitions than simple democracy.

Since I live in the Chicago area I have been following Barrack Hussein Obama since he entered politics. I once seen him in the Illinois capital of Springfield while he was State Senator, I noticed that spirit (as mentioned by Jeremiah above), people were consitently surrounding him.
BHO is a product of the corrupt Chicago-Cook County Democratic Machine that has controlled Chicago politics for decades. He has connections with William Ayers, Louis Farrakhan, his now former pastor Jeremiah Wright and other radicals that hate America. He support the killing of unborn and newly born innocent babies. He stated that the muslim call for prayer is one of the most beautiful sounds he has ever heard. He hasn’t accomplished anything while in politics, in terms of major legislation. He has no experience on foreign policy to become our Commander in Chief; (I take that back, his policy is appeasement!) He meets secretly on the down-low with Islamic Imams in Dearborn, Michigan. He’ll cut down spending on defense, missle programs, the space program, while raising taxes for more bigger government programs and giving the corrupt UN their cut of our tax money. Now he’s ready to give this great speech in an open air stadium in front of pillars, that satanically simbolize greatness. Whomever votes for Osamabama has to be influenced by that spirit that surrounds him.

According to one article I read, the set-designers were supposedly trying to recreate/recall the White House and Lincoln Memorial. Also, some DNC/Obama strategists made excuses noting that Bush in 2004 had something similar (stage-wise) - though admitedly not to such a degree.

I think for the most part the reason why I don’t like this Obama person is because he started out with his wife saying “For the first time in my adult life I am proud to be an American” Then this rev wright stuff comes up and Obama never heard anything wrong at his church. Who said anything about hate? As Christians, you and I are not supposed to “hate” anyone. We are commanded however to hate that which is evil. And abortion is pure evil.
My faith mandates that I fight for the defenseless and voiceless that are being slaughtered under a system that legally protects their murder. The next time you look out upon a school-yard and see thirty children, remember that ten more have been murdered through abortion. That is evil. In times past, many Americans supported slavery. True people of faith and virtue refused to give up until slavery was abolished. Today, true people will not rest until abortion is also abolished.
Barack Obama says that he is not sure whether a baby in the womb is a human being or not. Yet he supports killing them anyway, even refusing to sign a bill that would mandate protection for those little ones who are born alive. I will do everything I can to prevent this man from ever leading my country. I have to. I am a follower of Christ.
Where does this question even come from? You love both people that God has brought your way; the poor girl and the innocent little lamb inside her. You minister to the TWO PEOPLE that God has brought your way.

Because the majority of commenters here are fearful of America under an Obama administration, that doesn’t mean we hate him. Why does the left always do this?
Sure, we have strong opinions about politicians. We base our opinions off of the foundation of the Holy Bible. If we see someone whose own personal opinions and national vision are antithetical to God’s Word, we are against it. It’s that simple.
AGAINST does not equal HATE.
Jesus wasn’t a Democrat or a Republican. And he surely didn’t compromise His beliefs. Neither should any Christian.
How can you vote for the party who wants to kill defenseless babies but insists on freeing jihadists in Guantanamo?
Who want to shrink heterosexual parental rights, but expand homosexual parental rights?
Demands all types of vile freedoms of expression, yet tries to shut down freedom of Chrisitan worship.
Prevents teaching creation science in school and forces the racist philosophy of Darwinism in schools from K-5 through college.
I’m neither a Democrat or a Republican. They’re both lost and care little for people any more. It’s all about party power, which is disgusting. But even though Repubicans have been skewing left on social issues for some time now, at least their platform still allows for some Biblical principles.
Democrats (I’m speaking of their platform and power base) are nothing more than Godless Marxists. Even when they trot out their tired social agenda, it is ALWAYS antiBiblical!
It’s not hate we’re about, it’s about us resisting people who are trying to change our nation to something less Christian and less Biblical than it already is.
We love God, but we also respect Him. So we fear what He will do when we turn from Him even more than we are now.
Read the Old Testament stories of what happened to Israel when they turned from Him. It wasn’t pretty.

Just like Jeremiah, I also sense something spiritually dark around Obama.
I have never known exactly what it is, but I know there is something evil. I have sensed it from the first time I saw him speak, something about him bothers me in my spirit. It is so uncomfortable to see him, or hear him talk.
I am praying that God will not allow him to be elected.

I have heard Obama compared to Hitler, that he has a devil or demon on him, referred to as the anti-Christ and the Obamessiah. Whatever semantics are not used, hatred is surely implied.
I am anti-abortion. He and I clearly disagree on that. But I am also a realist. Abortions are happening. Children get pregnant. People who are raped get pregnant. My opinion is that if one is going to be anti-abortion, they should also be against the death penalty and war. If murder is wrong for one, then it is wrong for all.
The Bible also says that true Christianity cares for widows and orphans. I’ve never seen a Republican or a Conservative do that. It seems that those who are wealthy thrive under a Republican president and those who are poor or disenfranchised thrive under a Democratic president.
It seems that the non-Obama fans are taking him very personally. The only difference between his beliefs and the beliefs of the majority of Democrats may be his popularity. So again, I ask, should I be “against” all Democrats or just the popular ones?
What about my dad’s church?
The question about the little girl is real. If she (or others in her situation) feels that she will be condemned for her decision then she may end up with a hanger or a bottle of pills. This is the reality that I see daily.
I feel a lot of hostility from this spot. I am glad that I am secure in my life in Christ, because if I were a new Christian and I came across this page, I would not feel the love of Christ, or even righteous indignation.

Romans 13:1-3 … Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except by God’s appointment, and the authorities that exist have been instituted by God. So the person who resists such authority resists the ordinance of God and those who resist will incur judgment (for rulers cause no fear for good conduct but for bad). Do you desire not to fear authority? Do good and you will receive its commendation.

Paul tells us that there is no authority except from God’s appointment. In the timelessness of the Alpha and Omega whoever will be the next president already is. And Church, shouldn’t our focus be on the things of God rather than the government of Satan presently here on earth? Go to the voting booth, vote McCain or Obama or other; any vote is participation in Satan’s Babylonian government presently on earth. So I ask, Church do you have the faith in God’s authority to believe that He will provide? Abstain thereby proving it to yourself by not participating in Satan’s government.

Thank you Luke, those are powerful words. Folks when God looks down on His creation, specifically those created in the likeness of Them, my guess is He sees nothing but sinners. If we all, including yours truly, weren’t sinners we’d be nothing at all. King David who had/has the heart of God, had sinning moments with Bathsheba and Uriah. Solomon had his sinning moments with his many foreign wives. I’ve got my sins, you have your sins - shouldn’t the Church be going about repenting of our own sins rather than finding fault in others? Everyone noticed that after the World Trade Center incident America went on a “God Bless America,” splurge. Wasn’t it Kate Smith who sang “God Bless America.” But when I read 2 Kings 17:17 and similar verses where Israelites of antiquity passed their children through the fire and by extension liken that to abortion, then ask myself why should God bless America when Americans are killing x number of God’s children via abortion annually? Being nearly stillborn I have strong feelings about the abortion issue, and thank God Almighty that my folks had the strength to say yes to life, but I will not judge others who opine differently that judgment is for God not me. Also all the pictures of “Obama’s Temples” sure look like omens/signs to me, and if anyone puts anything of substance to the pictures isn’t that omen reading? And when God inspired “passed their sons and daughters through the fire,” and “omen reading,” in the same verse both doing evil and making the Lord angry, how can anyone say one is for the good while the other is a bad thing?

Earlier in this thread someone said words to the effect, “against doesn’t equate to hate.” Perhaps thats true, perhaps not, perhaps it depends on the one doing the postulating. This site, and others like it will say they align themselves with “watchmen,” that again, may be true. But this site and others like it also appear to be fearmongerers as well, scaring the bejeebies out of the brothers and sisters with banner headings such as this one, “Obama and Hitler.” Worrying isn’t going to add a nanosecond to your life. So Church hear Matthew don’t worry about this or that, or what will we do if this or that, rather build yourself and others up in the faith that God will provide. Pursue the Kingdom of God, not the antiChrist.

First of all, if your dad’s Church would condemn that poor girl, then by all means, please send her to my church. My wife and I would love on her, give her a place to stay, take care of her, pray for her, minister to her, and if she wishes, we would be thrilled to adopt her child and love it as if it were our own. If your dad’s church is hypocritical and hateful to the extreme, you either change it from the inside or you go to another church that both believes and practices the gospel. But throwing your hat in with hypocrites from the other side who claim to stand for “the least of these” with their words and yet support killing the ones who literally are the least, is also clearly not the answer. That would be to go from one extreme to the other.
I grew up in an opposite situation from yours. I grew up as a devout Democrat. My family was highly involved in the Democrat town committtee. I was always told that Democrats are for the common person while Republicans are for the rich. But as I grew up, I learned to think for myself and realized that that is utter non-sense. While I could get into all sorts of economic arguments here, I will simply say the following: Liberals claim to be more compassionate. Liberals claim to be for the common man, the widow and the orphan, etc. Yet they will not stand up for the most helpless among us, the babies. But we already know that. I judge a man or women by her actions, not by their words. And the bottom line is this: A recent study showed that American conservatives far out-give American liberals. When it comes to giving to charity, conservatives were the compassionate ones. This includes those who are middle or lower class. Not just the rich. So if giving is the yard-stick, then conservatives are far more compassionate than liberals, despite all of their attempts to paint conservatives as greedy evil non-compassionate.
And beyond all of this, it is the conservatives who fights for the right of the voiceless, that are being killed to the tune of four thousand per day in the US. And believe me, these are not all rapes. Okay, now what about Obama and McCain? For the past several years, Barack and Michelle, gave a meager 1% of their income to charity. Less than $2,000 per year. I don’t make much at all, but I give several times that every year. It only went up to 4% only after they decided to run for President and began making millions per year. Wow a whopping 4%. McCain, on the other hand, the evil rich guy, has consistently been giving roughly 27 -28% of his income every to charity organizations. That speaks loudly to me about who he is. Who adopted an orphan? McCain. So people can say all they want, but when it comes to actions, I stand with the conservatives, the real compassionate party.
If you are an open minded individual, and would like to read up some more on the conservative versus the socialist economic model for exalting mankinds circumstances etc., then I highly recommend that you read a couple of books by one of my heros, Dr. Thomas Sowell. Economic Facts and Fallacies and Basic Economics. Two must read books.

Don’t go too hard on Renee people.
Remember, she’s the product of a “God is Love and only Love” Church. Most preachers don’t teach the whole truth about who Christ is and what His attributes really are. They only tell you “God is Love” and don’t teach you “God is Holy” or “God is Just” or “God is Pure”.
They don’t teach about Christ’s return and what He’s going to do to those who have persecuted His people, and no, His people aren’t just the Church but Israel also.
They don’t teach about His appearances before His birth in Bethlehem.
They don’t make the connection between His appearances in the Old Testament and later in the Book of Revelation. (Here’s a hint, true love and justice demands judgment and punishment of evil.)
They can’t, because it would force them to admit that God is more than just love, and they would have to rebuke the sin that is in their churches.
They would have to say “Thus saith the Lord, even if I don’t like it” and “This is what the Sovereign God has said, even though it’s not politically correct” and “This is what our Savior has commanded, who are we to disagree?”
Remember people, Renee and those like her aren’t the enemy. They’ve just not been taught the whole truth about who God and Christ really are. If they are truly seeking God’s guidance and not just a Sunday Christian, then He will reveal Himself to them.

Just a thought. Because everyone says I’m sure Obama’s not the AC (including me.) Does the AC have to be super smart and everyone say oh yea he’s so smart and politically savvy, sure he could be the Anitchrist. Or coould it be that whoever will be this world leader will slip under the radar and slowly become powerful by deception (including limiting his real abilities). The Bible says even the elect would be decived if that were possible. Is this necasarily because everyone will say he’s so great he can’t be the AC or could it be by other means. Just a thought as we are on the watch.
The Christians who are for Obama will never see it how it really is. Renee says Obama and her disagree about abortion but what about his other issues. Well I’m sure there were some who disagreed with Hitler’s position on the jews but he was for the little guy and helping the German people right?
And why would her fathers church be setup like Rome? I don’t know if there is anything inherently wrong with that, but I don’t think it’s a good idea for any church to make elaborate sets, like Rome or any other place. Maybe for an Easter drama but even then I wasn’t thrilled about it when my former church put a lot of money into elaborate Christmas sets.
Either way people who argue that abortion isn’t important or is just one issue can’t be argued with they have blinders on. If a really great leader was running for office and the only thing you dsagree with was that he wanted to kill you, would you still vote for him? What if everyone else thought this was an acceptable loss because he is right on every other issue? They would probably say he doesn’t really want to kill you and who knows if you are really even a person?
Obama is not crazy his answers seem dumb but he disguisis his evilness with his awkwardness. If he doen’t know if it was a baby or not but would kill it anyway? That’s like pointing a gun at someone and saying “I don’t know if it has bullets in it but I’m going to pull the trigger because someoone has paid me to endorse using this gun” The man doesn’t care, he is evil and just because he is goofy looking don’t be fooled. Look at Ghosbusters 2 when Ray thought of the Stay Puffed marshmallow man because nothing that warm and fuzzy could destroy them. Ok I’m rambeling now, but wake up people!

One more thing…
I’m tired of anyone who says you can’t decide on a candidate over just one issue (like the sojourners did in 2004.) Because that is foolishness. If the one issue was important enough you absolutlet can make a decision on one issue. If Obama came out and said “you know what, the day after I become preisident I’m going to Nuke Iran, no matter what they do I won’t change my mind, we’ll just be finished with all of Iran” While he might get a few conservatives votes Obama would loose in a landslide because it’s an important issue.
When someone says you can’t make a decision on one issue what they really mean is that one issue is not important enough to them. They may not want to admit it but they are saying the murder of millions is just not important enough because democrats say they will help poor people and the middle class. Even if they try to include war as murder, it is not. War is not murder. There are many times in the Bible when God sends out armies to war. Thou shalt not go to war is not a commandment.

Your conclusions and contradictions the exposition you gave of (Romans 13:1-3) scare me. To place this within proper context for our personal application here in America we need to first understand what our government is….
We are not ruled by any one leader. We are ruled by a constitution and a set of laws and regulations. Our government is based off an electorate and is ultimately a nation ruled by “We the people.” Voting is a Christian duty. We need to actively pursue the election of righteous leaders who will uphold the principles of God. By taking this lightly we are severely neglecting a privilege that so few nations have. Not only are we to pursue the election of righteous leaders, but also to keep them accountable when in office.

There is no authority except from God’s appointment. He has appointed an authority that has appointed us to choose its leaders and given us a voice in government. Our government is a reflection of the people. How can we neglect such a privilege given by God? If we neglect this duty as Christians and citizens the judgment on this nation would fall on our own shoulders.
Side note: Yes God already knows who is going to be elected…
He also knows who is already going to be saved, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t have to preach the gospel to them.

I’ve been getting a lot of flack for this post, but most who are criticising it are missing my point. The whole bizzarro dimension of this post was intentional. I could care less about the back-drop that Obama used. My whole point was to use this odd-ball comparison to make the point that Obama and Hitler share similar positions when it comes to the value of life. In other words, it was the abortion issue that I was most emphasizing. That said, I can certainly see the resemblance to the White House, but remember that it was Reuters that said that it was a Greek Temple first, not me.

YHWH is not a Christian…He is the God of Israel. Being in a “christian building” and doing “christian things” is like putting a new curtain over a dirty window. Chrisitianity has produced some of the worlds best tyrants and failure to admit it is intellectual suicide. It is then said…in an effort to defend what God abhors…”well they weren’t really christian.” This is true in that christian simply means “annointed” but annointed what??? A greek son of the sungod or an Israelite Moshiach? We deserve all that is coming upon us because we mingle what YHWH has separated. I think the Roman\Greek ampitheater is perfect for what we have done, Rome could never have been defeated from the outside unless it was first divided on the inside. Rome is about to fall. We would be better off discussing this in terms of “what WE have done” as opposed to “what THEY have done.”

I am not sure what your are trying to say to me in regards to my post. i am simply pointing out that voting and electing officials in our government as our representatives is a responsibility to be taken seriously. We need to make ourselves aware of candidates’ stances, hold them up to biblical principles…and then vote according to the principles God has taught us. Right now many of the institutions God put in place which we read about in (Genesis 1 - 11) are under attack by liberalism.
1.) Free will
2.) Marrage
3.) The Family
4.) Government
Liberalism is trying to redefine all four of these in one form or another. Are you saying that we as followers of Christ are to do nothing? Would Christ NOT take a stance on abortion? Or on gay marriage?
Also could you explain in what context you are using Romans 8:5-8 in regards to my previous post? Do you mean that actively petitioning our government to carry out christian values is living “according to the flesh?”

You don’t want to increase welfare, you don’t want to increase public education, but you want to save every last baby and build prisons as fast as you can to house them after they grow up unwanted, unloved and without hope. You declare that religion is the answer to all of this, but nothing has changed in the inner cities and ghettos of this country because of or despite religion. Joel, how many black babies have you adopted? How many black babies have any of you hypocrits adopted? NONE! If so, let’s see the proof. Otherwise, stop slandering Americans by comparisons to Hitler and try coming up with the answers to what happens after you save all of these precious little infants so that they can die a few years later by abuse, crime, drugs or prison.

People like you had all kinds of rationalizations NOT to end slavery. Thank God that righteous people prevailed in that moral battle.
What study did you refer to when deciding that all non-aborted babies would end up being raised by unfit mothers or in orphanages? In my city new-born babies are scooped up immediately. Black, or white or you name it. Why do you erroneously assume that all abortions are carried out by poor and unfit women? This is simply not true. Many well-off or middle class women choose abortion. I know several women who planned on abortion, but changed their mind and kept the baby. All of these humans are doing well and are in loving homes today. One of them is my 19 year old niece. She is a glowing young women. Also, the notion that Conservatives are opposed to social programs is pure bunk. Years ago, I founded a ministry to the poor in my city that lasted for years. I paid for every bit of it with my own money that I earned painting and delivering pizza while putting myself through college. I can also assure you that every homeless shelter and soup kitchen in my city is run by Christians.
Bottom line is that the answer is never to kill someone because you say that they may end up with a bad life. Life has no promises for any of us. Your rational is simply crap. And by the way, my wife and I are in the process of trying to adopt an African American baby. I’d just like to clear up some things:
I am a Christian.
I am a Democrat.
I am anti-abortion.
My father is the associate pastor at his church.
I attend a church where we learn of God’s love, His grace and His Holiness. We know that the wages of sin is death and we also know what sin is. The Bible is our guidebook for living; from Genesis to Revelations.
I am a social worker. I see “the least of these” every day. I also see how the only legislation that helps “the least of these” is legislation that is offered and passed by “lefties.”
While it is very nice of some people to donate their money or time, and it is surely appreciated, I, and others like me, do not share the luxury of sitting high and looking low.
The posts thus far have been fantastically idealistic and reeking of piety. It is my opinion that most of the bloggers are theortical geniuses and clueless about reality.
I will say this again, as it was so conveniently overlooked before: Christ’s love is not displayed here.
It is absolutely amazing how Obama has been so villafied here. This posting is reminiscent of a lynch mob.
It is obvious that we have reached an impasse on our opinions.

I can tell you that abortion is not the answer to these “unwanted babies.” Adoption and abstinance come to mind as possible solutions.
It must be nice to know the future and know that all of these precious infants would “die a few years later by abuse, crime, drugs or prison.”
So by your logic, why don’t we just castrate or sterilize…maybe even exterminate the parents who would produce those “unwanted” offspring…then noone would even have to live with the guilt of the abortion. Of course, I don’t mean this…I am just saying where that thought process can take you. THAT is what sounds like Hitler and the Holocaust.
This bitterness, dispair, hopelessness and line of thinking will drive you straight into the open arms of Islam, if you are not already there. This is probably why Islam is the fastest growing religion in prisons and inner city. It sounds very similar to the whining from the Palestinians and other radicalized Muslims all over the world who claim that poverty and perceived descrimination drove them to join the jihad.

And the dirty little secret of American History is that the Progressives of the time, LOVED Mussilini. They thought fascism (collectivism) was the way of the future… just as like some Progressives thought international Communism in Soviet Union was also the greatest new thing.

Those whose deeds do not match their words are what Jesus called hypocrites. Unless you want to explain how the pro-abortion legislation passed by these “lefties” helps the 1.3 million “least of these” that are murdered each year, your claim that we are being unloving rings awfully hollow. Unless you agree with Wilson’s loving post that they are all better off dead.

This is from the Non-fiction book, “War of the World” (About WWI and WWII)
It was March 1933. The national mood was feverish and yet expectant. In the wake of his sweeping election victory, the country’s charismatic new leader addressed a people desperate for change. Millions crowded around their radio to hear him. What they heard was a damning indictment of what had gone before and a stirring call for national revival.
In somber tones, he began with a survey the country’s dire economic predicament:

The action the new leader had in mind was bold, even revolutionary. Jobs would be created by ‘direct recruiting by the Government itself, treating the task as we would treat an emergency of a war’; men would be put to work on ‘greatly needed projects to stimulate and reorganize the use of our natural resources’ At the same time to correct what he called ‘the overbalance of population in our industrial centers’ there would be a ‘redistribution’ of the workforce ‘to provide a better use of the land for those best fitted for the land’. He would introduce a system of ‘national planning for and supervision of all forms of transportation and of communications and other utilities’ and a ’strict supervision of all banking and credits and investments’ to bring ‘an end to the speculation with other people’s money’ - measure that won enthusiastic cheers from his audience. The country’s ‘international trade relations’ would have to take second place to ‘the establishment of a sound national economy’. ‘We must move’, he declared, his voice now rising to a climax,
as a trained and loyal army willing to sacrifice for the good of a common discipline, because without such discipline no progress is made, no leadership becomes effective. We are, I know, ready and willing to submit our lives and property to such discipline, because it makes possible a leadership which aims at a larger good. This I propose to offer, pledging that the larger purposes will bind upon us all as a sacred obligation with a unity of duty hitherto evoked only in time of armed strife. Not content with this vision of a militarized nation, he concluded with a stark warning to the nation’s newly elected legislature: ‘an unprecedented demand and need for undelayed action may call for temporary departure from … the normal balance of executive and legislative authority ‘ If the legislature did not swiftly pass the measures he proposed to deal with the national emergency , he demanded ‘the one remaining instrument to meet the crisis—broad Executive power to wage a war against the emergency, as great as the power that would be given to me if we were in fact invaded by a foreign foe.’. This line brought forth the loudest applause of all.
Who was this demagogue who so crudely blamed the Depression on corrupt financiers, who so boldly proposed state intervention as the cure for unemployment , who so brazenly threatened to rule by decree if the legislature did not back him, who so cynically used and re-used words ‘people’ and ‘Nation’ to stoke up the patriotic sentiments of his audience? The answer is Franklin D Roosevelt, and the speech from which all the above quotations are taken was the inaugural address as he assumed the American presidency on March 4, 1933.

Joel: I copy and pasted the parts of the address that were quoted in the book in the identical way the author of the book excerpted the quotes… and I wrote the rest of the text out.
I remember being so shocked when i had originally read it that FDR said those things… i was pretty sure it was Hitler… what was your reaction?

Renee, I couldn’t disagree with you more. Lefties are the ones who ruined many children’s lives. Being a social worker, you should know this. The legislation in place to ‘help’ children like my daughter, who was adopted from foster care, FAILED miserably. The government does a horrible job protecting children. I know because I live with just one of them who was miserably failed by social workers and judges. In the course of just a few months she had over 5 social workers. One social worker thought my bio son was one of her foster kids. That is scary. That’s what our liberal government has done. Kids are no longer a treasure, but a burden, and they are reduced to a file filled with papers about their lives.

Because the Democrats talk a good game and throw money at social programs doesn’t mean they are helping people.
I remember hearing a black lady call into Rush’s show about 5 years ago wanting to speak on reparations. She was angry. She told Rush, “I don’t want reparations, I’m sick of hearing about reparations, but if black folk insist on getting reparations, I say go get them from the DNC. The Democratic Party has DESTROYED our black communities in America.”
She went on to tell Rush that she was in “ground zero” during the 1960s when the Democrats passed all of their “Great Society” social policies. Part of the policies insisted that to get government money, you could not have a man in the house. She claimed that she witnessed marriges destoyed in her circle of family and friends because of the idiotic policies of the Democrats. She also thinks that those policies were crafted that specific way on purpose to destroy black America by the Democrats.
She asked the audience to look at the history of the Democratic party and see a political party hostle to the black race.
She’s right, Renee. Investigate it yourself.
I suggest a book for you Thomas Sowell. It’s called, “Vision of the Anointed,” and was written in the mid 1990s. He looks at every social program that was instituted in America in the 1960s and found that every program made things worse, not better.

Anyone who claims to be a Christian and supports Obama must not understand that the word ‘Christian’ has the word ‘Christ’ in it because we are His disciples and we are also His possession. He paid for us with His blood. If you’ll look at the Gospels, Jesus said to bring the children to Him so He can touch them. Evidently, He has a plan for their lives.
A doctor who takes the life of anyone is trying to play God, and that’s blasphemy. I’ll also say that they are demon-possessed because they are murdering. Life starts at conception. It’s a proven, scientific fact, and what happens from there is the Lord’s decision, not man’s. If that baby only lives for 20 minutes, or it grows up and lives until it is 95 years old, it is still Almighty God’s business. How dare anyone try to play Him.

Look Into the book of Ezikiel chapter 35 vers 2. Obamas name comes up in that section as a Nasi (menaning prince to the bible) but in mocern hebrew it means president. You coount every 7 letters from that ending word 5 times and every time it spells one of the letters of Obama and then stps. the sentences that it covers are are Tubal, Gog and Megog and the war of Gog and Megog. So it looks like he will take us into that great biblical war of Armagetton. G-d help us all.

Do you truly find indignation at the roughly 20,000 deaths in Iraq since the war and ignore the roughly 10,000,000 American children that has been slaughtered through abortion in the same time period? Come on. A person is a person, no matter how small. Look deep into your conscience. Exposing Nazism is not Nazi like, but your position indeed is very Nazi like. As a Germn born, I wrote about the Seat of Satan, re-erected in Berlin, in my book “The meek shall inherit the earth” (2006 revised edition) . I also wrote about the NAZI and MUSLIM connection in WWII, including Hitler’s vision to destroy New York City with long range jet bombers, producing today’s copycat Hitler’s.
